Due to an unprecedented amount of online orders, all couriers are currently experiencing delays in delivery times.
We are working with them to keep track of your parcels but unfortunately, they can not guarantee their usual shipping times.
New estimates are;
- Express Post - Up to 10 business days
- Australia Post Standard - Up to 21 business days
- Courier - Up to 28 business days
These times are estimates and may vary.
If your parcel hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date given with your shipping tracking information, please don't worry! We find that most parcels turn up within 10 business days of their estimated delivery date.
If your parcel is more than 10 business days over it's estimated delivery date, you can launch an investigation with your chosen delivery service, or email us and we can help you with it.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend doing your Christmas shopping early. It is expected that delays in shipping wont improve until 2022 and we would hate for you to miss out on your Christmas gifts.
We recommend ordering for Christmas before November 12th, to allow for the shipping delays.
Don't forget we can forward your Christmas gift on for you! While we don't offer a wrapping service currently, we are happy to include a Christmas Card with a message from you for your loved one in your package. Simply tell us in the notes section when placing your order, what you would like written in the card. Make sure to put the address of the person you would like the gift sent to as the delivery address.
