Shipping Information

Once we receive your order, it will be picked, packed and shipped as soon as possible.

Dispatch is between 3-5 business days.  

 
We use Australia Post and various courier companies to deliver your orders. Delivery time depends on your location, but generally you can expect your parcel to arrive within 5-10 business days from dispatch - sometimes even sooner!  

 

However, due to our regional location, shipments to other regional areas or interstate can take up to 10-15 business days.  

 

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a shipping notification via email, outlining expected transit and delivery times.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are based on weight, dimensions, and the destination of the items in the order.

Yes, we do - but only via Australia Post. Unfortunately, our couriers are unable to use PO Box services and will require a residential/business street address.

Yes. We use Australia Post express shipping services. 

First step is to check your junk mail. We email your shipping confirmation and often it ends up in junk.  

 

Still can’t find it? Send us a quick e-mail to contactus@bliss-gifts-homewares.com.au and we will re-send your info as soon as possible. Be sure to include your name and order number to help us find you. 

Pre-Sale

Pre-sale means that the product is currently out of stock, but more is on its way!  

 

By purchasing the item pre-sale, you guarantee that as soon as we receive the item in the warehouse, we will ship it to you. This way you can avoid the disappointment of it selling out again! 

Please remember, if you purchase in stock items with an item on pre-order in the same transaction, all other items will be held and sent out when the pre-order item arrives.

If you would like your items sent out before your pre-order item, you will need to purchase them in a seperate transaction.

Returns

Bliss happily accepts returns. The policy will depend on the reason for the return.  

All return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

Return requests that are approved need to be finalised within 7 days of receipt of your order. 

The type of remedy we offer will depend upon the circumstances. We will work with you to find an outcome that you are happy with. For example, we may arrange to: 

·      Suggest a self-repair - with an offer of compensation to you. 

·      Offer a partial or full store credit voucher or refund. 

·      Replace the product - subject to availability. 

·      Arrange for the product to be returned to us. 

Bliss Gifts & Homewares will happily accept returns due to change of mind. Provided that the request to return is received by us within 24 hours of delivery.  

Items must be in their original condition with all packaging and labels. This means you have not used, assembled, damaged, washed or laundered any of the items. 

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Oh no, our apologies! As much as we try and prevent this with our wrapping, it can sometimes happen, which is a disappointing. 

Any deliveries received damaged/faulty must be reported to Bliss Gifts & Homewares within 24hrs of the receipt of your parcel.  

Due to strict insurance policies within our courier partners and individual suppliers T&C's, we have a small timeframe to report any incidentals. 

Please email us at contactus@bliss-gifts-homewares.com.au with clear images depicting the damage/fault nature of your item(s), along with a picture of both the shipping label and the packaging (box, bubble wrap etc). Please also include your name, order number and a contact number to process a claim.  
 

Once your email has been reviewed, we will contact you and when possible arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. If a replacement piece is not available, we will seek an alternative resolution with you.

Understandably, certain criteria must be met in order to qualify for our special wholesale discount. 

You must have shopped with us before under your business name. 

All online trade orders must be a minimum spend of $300 per transaction not including freight. 

Provide us details of your business. 

If you place an order between applying for your trade discount and it being approved, the price discount change is not retrospective.

Currently due to lockdown, our showroom is closed. We are still open for click and collects;

Monday to Thursday, 10am-2pm.

Click & Collect orders may be picked up during these times from the showroom.

We ask that you sign in upon arrival using the QR codes provided and that you wear a mask while picking up your order.

We really care about our level of service and we want to make sure that the level you receive is of the highest quality.  

 

Because we are a 'real' store as well as an online store, you can contact us by email, phone or come in-store if you have any questions or issues.
