I actually haven’t received my delivery yet. I emailed customer service but haven’t had any response. I’ve ordered many items from different places and all of my other deliveries have arrived, including ones ordered after this — except this one.
I understand it’s a busy time of year with Christmas, but I would really appreciate a response. At this point, I would like either a clear update or a refund.

I bought a Stanley cup and it took 2 weeks for postage and I open up the box and it’s cracked on the lid. Iv emailed multiple times and messaged on Instagram many times and still have not got a response. I would never buy from this place, iv also seen many other reviews with the same thing happened, I don’t know why this place thinks it’s okay to sell broken items and not refund ???
