Due to the transfer process required to print these designs on a large scale, from time to time, some designs may be glazed with minor imperfections such as small marks or misprints in a pattern. These imperfections will in no way affect the usability of our Moroccan Style dinnerware, but rather contribute to the unique and eclectic nature of the individual piece.
Unlike a chip or crack, these imperfections are not considered faults, and as such all sales are subject to our general returns/change of mind policies.
Under proper care (hand washing, avoiding harsh chemicals), the food-safe glaze is designed to seal and protect the colours. The vibrancy should remain excellent for many years. Fading is primarily caused by repeated harsh cycles in a dishwasher.
We advise against using the microwave. Some of the unique paint pigments used to achieve the authentic Moroccan finish may contain trace metallic compounds, making microwave use unsafe. Stick to traditional serving for your safety and to protect the bowl's finish.
